We take a limited number of events each year to give each client the most personalized and enjoyable experience possible.
Our team believes the key to a successful planning process and event is the client’s peace of mind, with trust and full transparency being foremost. We work with you to understand your personality, tastes, and fundamental needs, using this as a foundation for design and planning that informs every decision and design element of the event. We prioritize both the planning logistics and design and believe the most memorable events consider the “wow” design moments while carefully curating a warm and welcoming guest experience for every person in attendance.

PLANNING
Vieira Events offers full planning and logistical management, guiding you through the planning process and overseeing the wedding day from start to finish. We begin by helping you build a foundation for your wedding with budget development… identifying priorities and setting realistic expectations...venue selection, and the creation of a carefully curated vendor roster specific to your style and needs… including vendor sourcing, negotiation and management.
We will guide you through all of the intricate logistics that help your wedding run smoothly and appear effortless to you and your guests. From detailed timelines and layouts, payment schedules, site visits and vendor walk throughs… we are there to carefully plan out, review, and manage every aspect of the event. We work closely with the vendor team to coordinate and review all details of the day to ensure we are setting our entire team up for success.
At every event, we have a team there from start to finish to manage vendor load in and setup, event flow and breakdown. We know how quickly the event can fly by so our team is there to handle all details and problem solve any potential issues behind the scenes so you and your loved ones can relax and focus on living in the moment, creating cherished memories with your guests.

DESIGN
Known for our robust design process, we work with a variety of aesthetics and tastes, letting our clients’ unique story guide the vision. Whether a chic, elegant affair at an art gallery in the city; a tented celebration for 300 at a private estate on the Eastern Shore; or a romantic, intimate vineyard wedding, we provide a sophisticated, modern lens to help you design a beautiful event without it ever feeling stuffy or overdone.
Our design process starts by getting to know you and helping you define your vision and tell a cohesive story at each guest touch point from the Save the Dates to the send off. To us, design is more than just visual, but encompasses all five senses and works in concert with thoughtful logistics to create an elegant and seamless event. We work to prioritize the guest experience design, thinking through every element they will be encountering and where we can create beautiful “wow” moments. To your guests, your wedding will feel inviting and effortless, while behind the scenes we will have meticulously selected every flower, linen, paper good and rental.
With our detailed design plans, custom sketches, swatches, and table mockups, you will understand and feel confident in the design even before you see it on your wedding day.
Every design is completely customized for each couple.
DESTINATION EVENTS
We love to travel and are available for destination weddings both in the U.S. and abroad. We also have team members with French and Portuguese language skills. Customized quotes for your destination wedding available upon request.
SOCIAL & OTHER EVENTS
We love a good party and believe in celebrating all of life’s beautiful occasions big and small including engagement parties, bridal and baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, vow renewals and more!
